  The wait was very long, but I don't care, the staff is absolutely amazing. I had a hand injury recently and required their care. I have a very severe anxiety disorder that is worsened by the thought of body parts being manipulated, as well as simply receiving clinical care. The receptionist was extremely understanding and gentle, while never being patronizing, and offered to seat me in a private room instead of in the waiting room because my panic. The treating doctor and nurse were also the most considerate and compassionate people, and reiterated my physical condition and treatment in multiple ways to ensure I understood. 10/10 would travel multiple cities to receive care here rather than other urgent care centers.

  Horrible experience. Nurse Practitioner Karen A. Rugg is one of the worst practitioners I have ever met. Not only did she rush us out the office and closed the door while we were speaking, she was extremely rude not only to me but to my 87 year old grandfather and grandmother. I was there as a translator for them because they do not speak english but her remarks and attitude towards them was uncalled for. My grandmother told me this isn't the first time either so I wanted to experience for myself. When the practitioner noticed that my grandparents had to many questions, she stated that if they had any other questions, they could be answered at the next appointment, which I might add was scheduled for several weeks later. She also told me and my grandparents that this appointment was a 15 minute appointment not a 30 minute appointment and that she had other patients waiting, she then turned around with out letting me speak and exited the room left the door to our room open walked into another room across from ours and shut the door behind her with force. This made my grandparents and I feel disrespected, unimportant, unwanted and rushed. If the office was backed up on appointments, we should have been informed that there will be bit of a wait and an honest apology. The practitioner seems to assume she knows what the problem is rather than trying to figure out with the patients issue is. Also we got there 15 minutes prior to the set appointment time and the wait was about 45 minutes after the set appointment time. Our visit was no longer than 5 to 8 minutes with the practitioner. Everyone else at the reception window had great customer service.
